Attend the 4-session course
The in-person course consists of four 90-minute sessions held over consecutive days. During the course, you will receive your personalized mantra and instructions on how to use it, as well as review your experiences to ensure that you are meditating correctly. By the end of the course, you'll be a completely self-sufficient meditator and begin to experience its benefits right away.

Lifetime of support
Enjoy a lifetime membership to join weekly group meetings, which include group meditation and Vedic knowledge. You will also have access to retreats and advanced courses taught by me and any Vedic Meditation teacher around the world. Additionally, you can repeat the course as many times as you wish, at no additional cost.
Course Structure
Initiation - Day 1
Witness a traditional ceremony and receive your mantra.
Bring flowers and fruits as an offering of gratitude to the ancient lineage of masters of our tradition, and witness a brief traditional Vedic ceremony to be initiated into our tradition. At the end, you will receive your personalized mantra and experience your first meditation.
Day 2
How to meditate and use the mantra correctly.
Learn all about your mantra: its origin, how it works, how to use it, and its importance within meditation. We will meditate together, review your experiences, and clarify any doubts.
Day 3
Effects of Vedic Meditation on health
Understand what happens in our mind and body during Vedic Meditation and how to get the most benefit from your practice. We will meditate together, review your experiences, and clarify any doubts.
Day 4
States of consciousness and progressive evolution
Learn about the profound spiritual effects of regular practice of Vedic Meditation and how your true state is one of safety, creativity, and bliss. We will meditate together, review your experiences, and by the end, you will be a completely self-sufficient meditator.
